A High Court Judgement Has Already Slammed N500m Charge On EFCC For Harassing Okorocha -Prince Ebunola

Prince Ebunola Martins has reacted to the arrest of his principal, Rochas Okorocha. In a recent interview on Arise News, Ebunola revealed that a High Court judgement has already slammed a N500m Charge On The EFCC For Harassing Okorocha.

Addressing the development, Ebunola said, “I have a copy of a court order from the High Court in Port Harcourt.” Here with me. The court order stops the EFCC from harassing Rochas Okorocha or invading his house.

The EFCC has refused to obey this court order. In fact, the court slammed them with N500 million that they are yet to pay. The EFCC has not made any move regarding the order in court. The same EFCC that refuses to obey a court order is claiming that Rochas Okorocha is jumping bail. Which bail? The EFCC slammed charges against Okorocha the same day he declared his presidential aspiration. They did not serve him, but we only heard about it through the media.

He continued, “They know his house and his office in the Senate, but they never told him anything. It came as a shock to everybody. He recently held a meeting with other presidential aspirants from the South East. However, they arrested him yesterday when he was meant to attend the APC presidential screening. They came to ensure that he did not attend the screening.

He concluded, “Are we in a zoo republic?”
