Man Utd not eager to have Adrien Rabiot included as €30m portion of Juve bid for Paul Pogba.
According to Italian reports, Manchester United are not eager to have Adrien Rabiot included as a €30m portion of the Juventus bid for Paul Pogba.
The Bianconeri are using their own players as part-exchanges to bring down the cost of transfer fees in the post-pandemic age.
Rabiot has struggled for playing time since arriving as a free agent from PSG last summer, so is the ideal candidate to be swapped out.
Manchester United have shown interest in the Frenchman before and had been in a bidding war with Juve for his signature last year.
However, according to Calciomercato.com, Juve’s valuation of Rabiot at €30m is not shared by Manchester United, especially with his €7m per season salary demands.
So although Rabiot could well be included in any deal bringing Pogba to Turin, he’ll be a far smaller part of the equation than Juve would like.
