See the country that pays her soldiers $97 (37,000 Nigerian naira) per hour
According to popular YouTube Channel, The Richest; they revealed the country that pays her servicemen and women (soldiers) $97 per hour; and the country they revealed was none other than Canada.
According to them, the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) offers competitive salaries. Your skills, knowledge, experience and training can impact your starting salary.
As a new direct entry recruit, you could earn anywhere from $35,820-$62,424 annually while you complete basic training.
Once you are fully trained for your chosen occupation, your salary will continue to increase based on your time in the military, rank and acquired skills.
Amongst the benefits attached to that are:
- Medical, Dental and Vision Care:
You and your family will receive health and dental coverage throughout your career as a Canadian soldier.
As a full time Canadian soldier; you’re entitled to start with 20 paid vacation days per year and it’s their military that funds your vacation.
- Maternity and Paternal Leave:
The Canadian Armed Forces offers maternity and parental leave benefits to spend time with your newest family member with 93% of your normal salary.
Their pension plans provides you with peace of mind today and years to come; that’s to say they’ll keep paying you till you die.
Now if every country on earth pays their soldiers the way the Canadian government does; I don’t see the reason why people will not want to join the military because such pay rates will even make people to work harder for their respective countries.
