50-CENT HAVE SOME HARSH WORDS FOR OPRAH” SHE’S AFTER BLACK MEN ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT’
50 Cent has some harsh words for Oprah.
On Friday (Dec. 13), the Power creator used his Instagram account to vent his thoughts on Oprah’s purportedly upcoming #MeToo documentary, which is said to focus on former music exec Russell Simmons. In an Instagram post, 50 accuses Oprah of singling out Black men when it comes to spotlighting sexual assault allegations.
“I don’t understand why Oprah is going after black men,” 50 wrote in his caption. “No Harvey Weinstein, No Epstein, just Micheal jackson and Russell Simmons this shit is sad.
Gale hit R Kelly with the death blow documentary.
Every time I hear Micheal jackson I don’t know whether to dance or think about the little boys butts. These documentary’s are publicly convicting their targets, it makes them guilty till proven innocent. #lecheminduroi #bransoncognac #starzgettheapp #abcforlife.”
The untitled program 50 appears to be alluding to is said to focus on the harrowing journey of a former music industry executive who struggles to tell her sexual assault experience in public.
The doc is said to focus on Drew Dixon, who is one of the women who’s accused Russell Simmons of sexual misconduct.
The documentary, which is slated to air on Apple TV+ in 2020, will also feature Michael Jackson’s accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck.
50 Cent, who toured overseas earlier this year, and Oprah’s lukewarm relationship goes back to 2006 when 50 bashed Oprah’s lack of understanding for rappers during the prime of his career.
He even went as far as naming his dog after her.
Then, in 2012, the pair hammered out their differences in an interview with the revered talk show host.
